GC vs Layer

Dah lama tak masak kuih.. Belek2 The Star baru2 ni, jumpa lah resipi yang ringkas dan mudah. Semua orang boleh cuba. Tak payah risau kek tak naik ke.. tak masak ke.. hangus ke... Hasil nyer pasti menggembirakan...

Tapi CG punya tak cantik sangat, sebab tak pandai lagi nak buat layer nyer, he3x..

250g butter
170g castor sugar
200g cream crackers (blended)
5 eggs (beaten)
1 tbsp chocolate powder

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the beaten eggs in batches and mix well.
Pour in cream cracker powder in batches and mix well.
Divide the mixture into two. Add chocolate into one portion.
Spread a layer of batter in a small baking tray.
Steam for 5 minutes and continue to alternate the layers.
