People said gold is precious.
May be that is why we said old people as warga mas.
Still wondering what is the most precious thing that I have collected or kept?
What will happen next? Is the gold keep on shining?

Aku amat bersyukur kerana diberi kesempatan menikmati

kehidupan ciptaan NYA sampai sekarang.
Cuma sayang nya aku tidak mampu mengisi kehidupan ini dengan sesuatu yang
mampu ku kenang sehingga sampai waktu aku kembali pada NYA.
Tak guna nak memikirkan yang telah lepas.

Is it too late for me to catch what is missing?
Or I don’t know how to value the precious of Golden 30.

20 Tahun Akan Datang

Sekarang semua orang bising pasal harga barang naik sejak kononnya harga minyak dunia yang mahal, entah apa pasalnyer. Nanti biler minyak abes macam maner?

Setelah aku fikir-fikirkan mungkin ini yang berlaku..........20 tahun akan datang.

Semua orang tahu dan setuju kalau aku katakan teknologi dah makin canggih dan akan semakin canggih. Tengok jer sekarang ni, kebayakan urusan yang dahulunya kita lakukan secara fizikal dah berubah kepada on-line. Contohnya urusan bank sampai dan urusan beli-belah. Sebut jer, dalam negeri, luar negara, malah satu dunia pun buleh berhubung dengan cepat dan mudah.

Kalau semua ini berterusan, tak mustahil kalau aku gambarkan 20 tahun akan datang semua orang akan duduk di rumah. Samaada bekerja makan gaji ata pun kerja sendiri. Ialah, email kan ada..... gaji transfer jer dalam bank. Ini semua gara-gara kos penggangkutan meningkat.

Budak-budak sekolah dah tak payah pergi sekolah, semua belajar kat rumah. Kan teknologi dah canggih, buleh buat video conference jer. Setiap satu rumah akan ada banyak laptop. Jimat kos buku sekolah, kos baju sekolah dan mak bapak boleh tengok anak-anak belajar depan mata. So tak ada lah kes ponteng sekolah lagi. Bukan ke tu bagus.

Hal beli-belah barang dapur dah settel dgn on-line jugak. Biler teknologi dah canggih, pasar raya yang besar-besar dah buleh buat on-line shoping mereka. Alah...macam eBay tu.

Cuba kiter gambarkan macam mana keadaan bandar kiter biler semua urusan on-line. Jalan raya lenggang, pencemaran kurang dan jenayah pun pasti berkurangan.

Yang akan sibuk atas jalan raya, cuma perkhidmatan pernghantaran macam courier service tu. Kalau beroperasi, diorang pun buleh ikut jadual, so tak de lah sesak sangat jalan. Lagi pun buleh buat penghantaran ikut daerah. Kan lebih senang.

Yang mungkin akan jadi masaalah kalau elektrik buat hal. Tapi aper susah beli lah generator. Orang kampung pun pandai pakai generator lah....


Cuma yang tidak buleh beroperasi secara on-line ialah restoran, workshop, salun dan macam-macam lagi perkhidmatan terus untuk pelanggan (bak kata opmuteh ’direct service consumer’). Aku rasa lah kan, mula-mula mungkin mereka akan sakit sket lah... tapi untuk sementara sebab nak adjust financial mereka. Tapi lepas setahun dua mungkin dah okay kot.

Alah....saper-saper yang nak makan kat luar masih lagi buleh buat macam selalu. Workshop pun masih diperlukan, tu perkhidmatan pernghantaran kan pakai kederaaan bermotor. Salun pun sama jugak. So pendek kata, diorang sumer tak payah risau lah.

Hhmmmm, aper lagi yang mungkin terjejas atau mendatang kan keburukan............. biaq aku pikir sat.

Haaaa, kilang-kilang dan perhotelan. Aku rasa kilang okay, buleh on macam biasa. Sebab orang ramai masih menggunakan product. So orang kilang buleh pegi kerja macam biasa. Diorang naik bas kilang, jimat minyak dan kurang pencemaran. Hotel pulak, kalau hari biasa mungkin orang luar yang akan penuh kan hotel. Alah, macam orang yang kena kerja outstation tu, tak pun orang dari negara asing. Musim cuti sekolah, sama macam biasa dan mungkin lagi meriah kot. Ialah, orang lama dok terperuk kat rumah mesti excited liger biler nak pegi bercuti duit simpan pun mesti banyak sebab tak payah spend untuk minyak.

Yang aku focus kan sekarang ni ialah orang-orang yang macam aku nieh.kerja di sector perkhidmatan yang terlampau banyak duplication services. Tapi gaji tak seberape, nak tanggung kos minyak, nak bangun pagi-pagi dan macam-macam lagi lah... Sumer tu macam tak berbaloi jer.

Biler aku kawin nanti, nak pikir pasal anak pulak. Kan bagus biler kiter semua boleh kerja dari rumah jer. Suami pun ada depan mata beb . Anak pun tak terbiar.

Jadinya, kalau 20 tahun akan datang macam yang aku fikirkan, MESTI BEST GILER!!!!

Kalo kiter ni jadi negara pertama yang buat benda-benda macam ni, MESTI POPULAR GILER!!!

Kalo lah aper yang aku fikirkan ni jadi kenyataan, aku kena lah berfikir dan belajar skill yang ada kemahiran. Macam jahit baju ker, buat kek ker, buat ape2 lah yang tak der jual kat pasar raya dan buleh jual on-line.

Hhmmmm....... MALAYSIA BULEH!

CornFlakes Coklat Aidiltitri



Cubalah…

Bahan-bahan:-
125g butter
1 mangkuk milo
1 tin susu pekat manis
300g cornflake
3 sudu besar golden syrup
50g kismis
50g kacang tanah (digoreng)
Badam hiris untuk hiasan
Cawan kertas (kecil) secukupnya

Cara-caranya:
Cairkan butter dengan api perlahan
Masukkan milo, susu dan golden syrup, kacau hingga sebati
Campurkan kismis, kacang tanah dan cornflake
Padamkan api dan gaul semua bahan hingga rata
Isi dalam cawan kertas. Hiaskan dengan badam.

What is WORD?
What is WORD means to you?
Anybody in this room would like to answer?
What if I change the question?
How many WORD do you know?
How many ‘Type of WORD’ do you know?
I’m sure that you are thinking of dictionary right now

I did that and that why I’m here today

WORD is; A single unit of language which means something and
can be spoken or written

WORD also a Promise
Something that you say as a guarantee that you will do or
Something will happen or
Something is true

I would like to share 5 types of word that I had learn from
MR. OXFORD

1. “Word of Mouth”
When people tell each other and they are not read about it,
It called “word of mouth”
This is what I’m doing right now.
You don’t have to read, I will tell you

To make it easy to understand,
If we choose a good word to tell others it will look like an advice or a story telling. Sometime ‘word of mouth’ can be a gossip. To me I would like to relate it to a Fairy Tales Story
From our grand parents to our parents and to us we don’t know whether is really true but….

It’s a story some how we believe in it. I felt in love with Cinderella story.. Dreaming that one day a prince charming will notice that I’m pretty. From that story it teach me a meaning of beauty I told myself to that beauty is not from the eyes but beauty is from the heart……….

2. “Word break”
Something which is split between two lines of text
I would suggest to use it depend on the situation
If you are giving a work report you may not think to apply ‘word break’
But if you are giving a report to your wife or husband, to your girlfriend or boyfriend
It may help and maybe it can safe your life from the world war three,
I guess…

3. “Word-Less”
People not saying anything, silent
By not saying a word, indirectly you are using a word
You are ‘word-less’

4. ‘Word Perfect”
Able to remember and repeat something exactly without making any mistakes
A brilliant person has it and always used it
I’m in the process to be like this
Hope in my 3rd speech with my hard work it will show me a good the result

5. “Word Play”
Making jokes by using words in a cleaver or amusing way, especially by using a word that has two meanings or different words that sound the same
I’m not good in this
Let me try this to see if it’s works

My dear friend,
We use word from the every first moment we can speak and we keep continue it in our life until one day……

We are been teaches and used more that *100 millions* words in our life.
With word, I believed that all of us in this room understand a meaning of life.

A beautiful word can make you feel wonderful and with a word also can make you suffer in pain.

Word will bring you to the top of world
And word can make you be the last person in world

I will leave you with this"
We had learnt a lot from word
Word shouldn’t bring sadness
We can win a heart with word
Word should brings the happiness

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT FOR FRONT LINER

Company or Industry which involved in service will need the best customer service so that they will able to retain their customers. Most of the company will invests on knowledge that able to train their employees so that they can provide service excellent.

A workshop on customer service or custom made workshop program to suite their need of culture. Lot of money spends to ensure their front liners adequate with the skills. Select the suitable workers and hoping a tremendous result.

It is happening all of the time?
Will employer get a good of their investment in return?
Average 3 of 30 the workers whom attended the workshop will produce the expected result. What about the other?
It is not that simple to change the person behavior just by sending them to 2 days workshop and they have known the standard content of program.

·Customer always right
·Put yourself in the customer shoe
·Listen, respond and deliver
·Smile and thank you

“Well everyone know about this as they are also a customer”

If the company was wiling to spend more on the advance program or more details program, how many workers you think can be groom?
How much more money need to be invested?
The result then…..?

Let go more further to the investment. 2 days workshop on customer service excellent (a standard program) which participated by 20-30 of your workers will cost closed to 10K.

Total workshop cost + loss of man power (2 days) = 70% - 85% of service excellent
That is what we expected to happened.

However in the realty is:
Total workshop cost + loss of man power (2 days) = 5% - 13% of service excellent

Company looking forward to growth, workers come and go. How many workshop you want to have?
I’ not saying training is not a good approach or wasting investment.

My point is stops looking at the old pattern of achieving a customer service excellent for front liner.

Stop trying to change your workers.

Does customer know how much investment had you spend?
Does customer know how many workers had you try to groom?


The answer will be definitely, they don’t boarder at all.

1. What customer first impressions when they walk in to your organization?
2. What customer wants from your organization?
3. Why customer comes to your organization?

These 3 simple questions you needs to look for the appropriate answer.

These are my answer:-
1. Their convenience
2. Their right
3. Their desires

Today's Customers are not expecting:-
· A smile
· A ticket for their turn
· “You will receive it within 7 days”.


It is the time to be more realistic. Service is no more about people but it is about intelligent.

· Identify the convenience factor
· Know the popular demand
· Offer the needs

Invest the money for something good for both (employer & employee).

What more can I say, as the No. 1 in the organization, you guys know better than me.

Stupidest Thing You Have Ever Done in Your Life

Sometime we think that we love someone so much and that was a good reason to sacrifice to him/her.

Until we realise that one day it was the stupidest thing you have ever done in your life.

What actually made you acting that way?

Is it because of love? Or it is because so much loves….

Who to blame?

The love or yourself? Or the one that you love?

What make you able to accept the worst thing he/she do to you?

Why can’t you see the fact of the worst?

What make the love so strong till you can’t control it and let it to control the entire of your life?

Sometime too long being in love with him/her will make you blind of what actually has happened.

“Just let the time to judge”

Now can you blame the time? Or blame yourself for dragging it too long?

Still the questions are coming back to you. But you can’t answer it, right.

Why can’t you just walk over it?

At the end, you feel so tired. Thinking for answer which you don’t even sure what is the perfect question.

When it going to end?

Nobody will able to answer you only yourself, so keep trying to find the answer….

……till you find it or till you find the right one.

BAGAIMANA JIKA KITA PERLU MEMILIH ANTARA KERJAYA DAN CINTA?
